Gifts, Etc., has moved from Brookville, Indiana to Richmond, Indiana. We opened in 1993 as a flower and gift shop. After 11 years in the fresh flower business, owner Judy Biltz, decided to follow her passion and pursue the dream of becoming a full service basket business specializing in small to mid-sized businesses.

Judy has taught classes at the Gift Basket Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada and won awards at the convention for her basket designs. She also designed baskets for the Gift Basket Review Magazine. Judy competed in and won three first place awards for outstanding basket design.
